Bridal Suite - Woodthorpe, Nottingham

Where do I start! My experience purchasing my wedding dress from the girls at the Bridal Suite was everything I ever dreamed it would be and more. I thought covid would put a stop to the full experience of family and friends attending with me but this was luckily relaxed just before my first appointment so I could take a couple of people with me. I tried on so many dresses and I was torn between two in the end. There was absolutely no pressure from Chloe to purchase a dress that day and it was actually her idea for me to go away and have a think about it/try other dresses. She made it very clear that this was a huge decision and not one to be rushed as you want to make sure you are completely happy and comfortable on the most important day of your life. I loved this aspect of my experience as I often feel so many brides are pressured into buying a dress they’re not fully happy with and later regret it further down the line. I knew from the moment I went to a few other shops that the Bridal Suite was definitely where I was going to get my dress from. The experience and treatment I received at their shop was unmatched. Chloe, Alex and Jane are so welcoming and their bubbly personalities just make you feel so at ease. I am sure at some points they were more excited for my wedding than me! 😂 It makes you feel like you have known them forever and you can tell how genuinely happy they are for you! Even after I thought I’d made the wrong choice of dress (because it was so tight after over indulging at Christmas 😬) Chloe was always so reassuring and complimentary to how it looked and assured me everything would be fine, which it was. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can not thank you ladies enough for helping me find the most perfect dress ❤️

About a year ago I contacted the Bridal Suite in a flap trying to find a dress for my wedding in April - being a bigger girl to start with and at the time, 6 months pregnant with my daughter, I was really worried about not finding anything that fitted/that I liked in time for the wedding. When I contacted the Bridal Suite they got back to me really quickly and were really supportive of my situation. I went in with my bridesmaids and tried on lots of different styles until we found the right type of dress I wanted. We then put a pin in it until my daughter was born and then I went back to find 'the one'.
During this entire process both Chloe and Alex were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about finding the right style and fit for me, they never rushed me or made me feel like I had to make a decision on something, they always remembered everyone's names (even when I seemed to arrive with hoards of bridesmaids!) and were so accommodating of the various appointments I had to make for fittings and bringing my daughter along for the final few bits.

They were an absolute pleasure to navigate the all important dress search with and made the whole process so seamless and exciting. I cannot recommend them enough, thank you!

The only part of planning our wedding that I was nervous about was shopping for the dress. I visited four bridal shops in total and The Bridal Suite was by far the best experience. Chloe and Alex were fantastic at all my appointments, from finding the dress, ordering the dress and for all my fittings. Chloe and Alex have the unique ability to create an extremely welcoming, comfortable and relaxed experience. The enthusiasm they show towards their brides is second to none. The shop is immaculately presented and there are so many little touches (such as the welcome chalkboard in the front porch and the garter gift) that help make finding your wedding dress so special. My dress needed some alterations and these were expertly done. I didn't get the chance to meet Jane at any of my appointments but she is clearly an imperative part of the team. Andrew loved my dress and I had so many compliments about it on the wedding day. I would thoroughly recommend Chloe and Alex to any bride-to-be. They are experts at what they do and I have been overwhelmed by the care and attention they have shown to me. Anna (and Andrew).

Words can’t explain how grateful I am for the incredible experience I had at the Bridal Suite. Alex, Chloe and Jane are the loveliest people, so professional and made every visit so special. The first time I stepped in to the Bridal Suite I felt like I was in a bridal wonderland! The boutique is beautiful and every single gown is too. I fell in love with my dress as soon as I put it on and it will forever be my favourite outfit of all time. I HIGHLY recommend the Bridal Suite to anyone looking for their dream dress. Bridal Suite was the first shop I went to when I started looking for a dress and by the time I left, I’d found my dream dress!
I was absolutely blown away by the whole experience! Alex, Chloe & Jane are the loveliest, most helpful ladies you could wish
for to help you find your perfect wedding dress. Nothing was too much trouble, their knowledge and advice was amazing and they make you feel like royalty during your appointments!
My dress was absolutely beautiful, I had so many compliments on the day.
I’m just very sad that I will never get to go in the gorgeous Bridal Suite again!

What an amazing experience it was going to the bridal suite. Chloe and Alex are such lovely kind souls and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I went back again and again and tried on countless dresses until finding the perfect one which I absolutely love. I can't thank Chloe and Alex enough for helping me find it. I loved going to visit the shop and wish I could do it all over again! It was all about the personal touches like putting on Taylor Swift on for me when I came for fittings. I can't recommend the bridal suite enough - you are all incredible at what you do and are the best people! xxx

The dress shoppong experience every bride dreams of! I may not have found "the one", but I can't stress enough how fabulous my experience at Bridal Suite was. Chloe was warm, welcoming, respectful and professional. The shop was beautiful and classy, yet I instantly felt relaxed. There was absolutely no pressure to make any decisions.....the focus was entirely on having a wonderful experience with the possibility of finding a dress. The dresses were exquisite and despite the appointment only being an hour, I was able to try on multiple dresses without feeling rushed. Thank you to Chloe for showing me what wedding dress shopping should feel like!
