Juliettes Bridalwear & Kilt Hire

Steven was very aggressive towards me when I had a problem with one of the shirts, all this 2 hrs before my sons wedding,not what I needed.
Almost spoiled a great day all for a primark shirt with no buttons.
customer service/anger management training needed urgently.

The Kilts are very smart, modern and cheaper than similar kilt shops in Glasgow city centre. I know one person left a negative review of Steven but I found him to very helpful. Would use again. SImon

Great service and selection

Picked up 12 kilts and had issues with 6 of them. Had kids socks for adults, wrong sized shirts and waistcoats that you couldn't breathe in.
Phoned to complain and was told 'we close at 5 but I suppose I'll need to wait on you coming back won't I, I'm going out tonight though so can you be quick?' This is the night before the wedding when I have a million things to do. Unnecessary stress.
My mum tried to return them on Monday to the paisley store, it was closed. Tried phoning, got no answer.
Then received a phone call on Tuesday from steven who verbally abused my mum. They returned the kilts once the shop finally was open. She was however unable to get a kilt from an untrustworthy usher.
Steven then gave my ushers personal phone number to another customer for the customer to phone him!! Unbelievable.
Prices are good, but save yourself the stress.
Unprofessional. Incompetent.

I've used their services 3 or 4 times now and the quality of the kilts has been top notch along with the customer care. Would recommend to anyone.

Little Gem of a Shop in Paisley!! Margaret is so amazing, she defo knows her stuff when it comes to bridal gowns.
Her advice is so on point and she helped me find my dream timeless gown.
Our groomsmen all used the Dumbarton shop to hire kilts, and my husband had his kilt in his family tartan made and bought from them. It was stunning and a great great price!!

Would avoid this place, had to cancel my appointment last saturday because i was working and wasnt going to make it in time, which the owner was fine with because i told him i would reschedule, someone suggested having a quick look in the paisley shop on the way home from work, which i did because i had to get a bus home, on phoning up the dumbarton shop today to reschedule, i was told that he wouldnt take my business because i had a quick look in the paisley shop after i cancelled my appointment, which was literally between 5 and 10 mins that i looked for, hes lost quite a bit of money from the sale of the kilts i wanted and when he talks to you like a daft wee boy which im not is a joke, my fiance was planning on getting her wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from the paisley shop and now has decided she doesnt want anything to do with juliettes after the way i was treated
