Perfection Bridal Cardiff

I really can't recommend Perfection Bridal enough. The shop itself is beautifully laid out and the selection of dresses is incredible. Everyone who I met on the day of my appointment made me feel very comfortable and I had a wonderful time finding my dress here.
An especially big thank you to Caroline and Suzanne who helped me on the day and went out of their way to make the experience superb. My Mum and I both loved it here, can't wait for the big day now!

I chose my dress with perfection back in 2021 and got married in the spring this year (2022). From the moment I stepped through the door I was at ease. The ladies who helped me say yes to the dress were incredibly knowledgeable, stuck well within my stated budget and never pressured me to go over, and were super lovely in helping me get into and out of the dresses. Not once did i feel pressured into choosing one.
I was incredibly nervous when I went in but everyone there were so wonderful in calming me and made it such an enjoyable experience.
The dressing rooms are huge and completely private.
My dress arrived months before my wedding and exactly as ordered, and the seamstress they recommended was fabulous.
I really loved my experience at perfection and couldn't have hoped for more!

Could not rate highly enough the service provided, we felt so welcomed to the store and very special to include my family. Suzanne sought to our every need and included the whole bridal party which made it feel special. Every little detail was spot on and it made the day so special and memorable. I am delighted to have bought my dress from this shop and couldn’t thank Suzanne enough!

Beautiful store with a wonderful selection of dresses. Easy to book and choose a few dresses. Suzanne was so lovely and supported me through choosing / narrowing down styles and fabrics that I liked and that suited me. Looked after my Mum and Grandma, making sure they were comfortable and able to voice their opinions.
No pressure to buy just a lovely experience, thank you Suzanne!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Suzanne for yesterday when choosing my dress. I was so nervous going in and with losing my mum I wasn’t to sure how I was going to feel about the appointment but she made the whole process really calming and easy and it just felt relaxed. I honestly didn’t think I would find my dream dress after scrolling through Instagram for weeks but I’m so in love with it I can’t stop looking at it. It is with no surprise Suzanne is an expert at what she does. Perfection bridal is full of so many beautiful dresses. I found what I can’t even describe as my dream dress as it is so much more than that. Suzanne thank you for all your help. I highly recommend perfection bridal.
