Visited this shop at short notice ,26 March, other bridal shops could learn a lot from this shop especially when it comes to customer services skills if I could give more stars I would , so attentive and with out any pressure , I wish I had come here first I would recommend you take a look before you go anywhere else , i.Thankyou so much for today even though I have not made my mind up as yet sharon

The most beautiful designer gowns and such a lovely experience. The staff really know what they are doing and made the experience very special. Definately recommend.

My daughter quickly found her dress here after trying on only a few others . It was a beautiful designer dress which had literally just come into the shop. I also found my dress here which was ordered in my size . I was dubious at first because it was different to the style I would usually wear but it was definitely the right choice . Thanks to all at Pleser , we had loads of compliments on our dresses . Thanks for your patience and reassurance, you were right .

Visited Pleser last Friday with my daughter and mum. I was looking for a outfit for my daughters wedding, as soon as we walked into the shop we were welcomed by Llinos who made us feel relaxed. Llinos was really helpful and experienced at helping me find an outfit that suited me and made me feel special. We were not made to feel pressured to purchase an outfit. My mother who is 86 really enjoyed the experience and ended up trying on some outfits herself. I would recommend a visit to this shop. I was very pleased with my outfit and can't wait to wear it. DIOLCH / THANK YOU. Pleser you have been amazing over the last year. I got my dress/head piece and veil from here, my mother's complete outfit, mother in law's complete outfit, bridesmaids and my junior bridesmaids. The shop is beautifully presented, and all the staff so genuinely lovely and so knowledgeable. Not pushy at all, and we didn't feel pressurised on any occasion. We mainly dealt with Eiriol, who has an amazing eye and vision and she knew exactly the style I was after and the look, she just got it. Will miss coming to the shop!! Diolch o galon i chi gyd, thank you all so much - you took a massive weight off my shoulders as I knew everything would be perfect with you. We did go to a few shops but we always ended up coming back to Pleser for all the outfits, and I'm so glad we did!!xxx

The ladies here are so helpful and friendly. I felt comfortable here. They have a good selection of sizes so I could try the majority of sizes on. Good selection of accessories too. I didn't find "the dress" but I found a very special item for the big day. Julie has a very good eye. Thank you
