We came here for my Mum’s birthday. Our entree never arrived and we waited about an hour for our main course. One main course was sent back as it was incorrect but it came back out pretty quickly, but it wasn’t hot - the cool side of warm. We had to follow up our drinks and the beer had not been refrigerated and was warm. The staff were friendly but it didn’t compensate for the overall disappointing experience.

Otherwise it is a really lovely venue with amazing views.

Great staff. Lovely views at the back. Excellent coffee.
No cask ale which I can understand. But no craft beer on draft or in cans or bottles which was disappointing. £5.50 for a guiness or premium lager in semi-rural North Wales. Make of that what you will.

Lovely pub brilliant views friendly helpful staff sadly the food was a huge let down..chose the Croes Burger..the best bit was the bun two very over cooked rubbery burgers with a rather strange taste..chips were dreadful like the dregs of the bag crunchy and hollow or small and hard..sauces were served in the little paper case as in MacDonalds I understand maybe my burger relish like this although a little did would of been nicer and more environmentally friendly but when we asked for Mayonnaise and ketchup they were delivered in the same way a small dollop in the 3 pots that were brought I'm an adult not a 5 yr old am capable of using a bottle..one of our party had the Mediterranean pie when she asked what came with it she was told " oh nothing it's just a pie " when came they said they'd added some mash this was dumped on top of the pie with one very hard piece of broccoli ..out of our party of 8 people with a varying choice of meal no one finished their meal.. sadly a rather disappointing first visit the three stars are for our friendly helpful server and the view

Food was lovely and we could not fault the quality of food.
The service was subpar unfortunately, we were on time for our booking but had to wait around for 30 minutes to be seated despite making the booking over a month ago.
When the food came out we asked for sauces however the waitress was not to be seen for another 5 minutes so a lot of us were sat around staring at the lovely food letting it go cold whilst we waited.
We ordered desserts which came out quite promptly however we had no cutlery, I spoke to a waitress to ask for spoons and also to point out we were missing a child's ice cream. She said she would be straight out with them but again we were sat around for another 5 minutes whilst I watched the same waitress serve other tables. We then had to ask again for spoons whilst we waited around watching out desserts melt and remind staff that we were still missing a child's ice cream.
The most frustrating aspect is due to the size of the group we had to pre-order, on the form it stated with every Sunday roast each meal got either half a pint or glass of wine with the meal. Several members of the group ordered this however when the food came the waitress's stated this deal is no longer valid and has stopped for a while. When it was questioned that the deal was valid when we ordered this was immediately negated by staff. However when sat at the table we logged onto the website and could see the offer was still showing, we showed this to staff however the offer was still not allowed to take place. This is false advertisement and is very frustrating.
In summary the food was fantastic and not a single fault could be found. However the service was below average and this is a massive shame because it left a sour taste in a lot of the groups mouth.

Beautiful pub /restaurant..attended a relatives birthday celebrations here
Stunning modern decor inside and spacious rooms..
The staff are friendly attentive and very polite
Very welcoming.. Atmosphere..
The menu has a veriety of choices..
Steak fish chicken etc..
The food was well presented and served on hot plates so it was hot upon arrival at the table
My wife said the toilets had.. Hairspray perfume and other lady toiletries available
From my personal experience the men's room was of high standard also.
No hairspray though...
As I say here for a birthday celebration..
And the staff presented desert on slate with happy birthday in chocolate sauce..
What a beautiful gesture..
Thanks for making the night so sweet and memorable..

Went here for afternoon tea. Wasn't very impressed with what was served for the price of £35 for 2 people. Have paid far less elsewhere for better quality food. 6 of us paid £17.50 each and went home hungry. Lovely place but very pricey

Can't say I've ever heard of this pub before Friday but was in the area and dipped in for a Friday pint. This is a lovely pub which appears to do lovely food. Very nice inside with a great selection of beers. It also appears to have a massive outside area which would be mega in the summer.
