This place is very hit and miss. We were told that the wait for food was approximately an hour, which we accepted as it was busy as it was raining outside. After noticing people behind us in the queue were getting their food we went to enquire; only to discover they never took our table number. Moments later our food arrives stone cold. My partner then noticed the waitress leaving the toilet without washing her hands.

Quite a wait for food and provided with some poor plastic chairs. My suggestion is don't wait and find your own table. Good food and very filling don't over eat. I was really impressed by the dirty chips! But they pack a punch

A lovely venue, staff were also pleasant however the food and drink was of rubbish quality. I would like to say cheap and nasty but unfortunately it wasn’t even cheap coming in at over £50 for three main meals (one of a child) and 3 drinks.

I had the sirloin, it was tough and rubbery at around £18. The mushrooms that came with it were from a tin, just not great at all. My daughters chicken nugget meal looked like it came from I microwave meal and my partners pint of Madri had to be returned because it was totally dead. Oh well lesson learnt, always bring our own food with us or go off site. This restaurant does not effect the rest of a brilliant resort, just lets it down as the only big place to eat on site.

Very poor service and very poor food - which is a shame because last year it wasn't as bad as this. Too many drinks were out of stock, several items on the menu were not available - taking our order and then coming back to us to tell us items were not available. Missing foods on plates that should have been on them and the whole order taking almost an hour to get out food to us!
On top of that - most of our party didn't enjoy their meals.
Hopefully next time it will improve.

Staff were great but they had run out of so many menu options, jam, pancakes, cheesecake, vegan sausages. I fully understand the situation with the supply chain at present but really if it's this bad reprint the menu guys

A lovely decor and friendly waiters sadly don't help undercooked rice and veg in the curry. The salmon was well done as was the kids meal but deffo not worth the £45 it cost for the meal.

Took ages to get seated. Had to find a member of staff to find out how to order food, as you can't use the app in the restaurant. The chicken in the hunters chicken was tiny and very dry. Coleslaw was missing, peas were cold and hard. Chicken in chicken and bacon burger was very dry.

First attempt. Arrived stood waiting to be seated for 15mins after booking, then when got seated another 15 minutes before we gave up and went elsewhere.

Second attempt. Arrived and seated straight away, food was quick and service was good. Overcharged on bill for a drink. But otherwise all good.

A bit hit and miss, staff (who were nice) explained they are short staffed. Much like all over the park, but don't let this ruin your trip and be laid back. Some people getting a bit uptight!
