Ice cream machine had sign saying out of order but it wasn't 🤔
The food is very good, cakes, ice cream, chocolate fountain and soft drinks, I can't wait to dine once again
Desserts were just the right size and variety too.
The staff are on it and quick to clean up the tables of finished plates.
Visited Swansea with some friends and there were 7 of us in total and fancied a nice meal, booked for 7.30pm but was running 10 minutes late and rang ahead and let them know, got there and two lady employees were standing at reception shouting at eachother in their language for a good five minutes before even bothering to acknowledge me,
Went downstairs and the tall skinny manager with the oversized suit came over to us and snatched my ticket and said "this way" without even saying hello or anything, led us to table and said "there at the back" and immediately stormed off, went to the bar and barman was very rude and gave me a hot glass with with no ice and rolled his eyes when I asked for ice we then found a hair in the food and called the manager over and he said when it is made sometimes people touch their heads then they touch the food 🤮 so it can be transferred and told the pregnant person who's food it was that he will not be giving her a refund or even a discount and told us to call head office if we are not happy with this, told manager his attitude was not proffessional at all tonight and he didn't even say hello when he got us and he said "actually I said Hi so maybe you should get your hearing tested" all 7 of us confirmed he did not say hi and he stormed off, at the end when I asked for head office contact details he gave me a card and said "here you go, jog on mate". Disgusted with this service as we all work in customer service and would never be able to treat customers how we were treated and to be honest we wouldn't want to treat people like that! Have not rang head office and will call tomorrow but wanted to warn people not to spend hard earned money here. Feel even worse for the staff because if he speaks to customers like this then imagine how he treats them !
