Ashford Picturehouse

It's a nice cinema but.......... No attention to detail, loads of staff but the is still rubbish and popcorn all over the floor and the toilets were a mess. The adverts are uncomfortably loud

I was not here for a movie, but an early morning get together. This was still my first visit to the venue and found it to be very clean and the staff very helpful and polite

This cinema makes a pleasant change from the other cinema we have. I went to see the new James Bond film and it was a great experience all around. I really like the bench-style seats so you can get a little more comfortable. It is geographically placed well too close to town and restaurants.

Always a great experience, apart from my last visit . Sent to the wrong screen. The screen was faulty and was empty. It's only when I went to the toilet a member of staff sent me down stairs to find out for my self where the correct screen is

Only had stale popcorn. No other snacks available due to closed kitchen (nachos and other basic cinema snacks don’t require a kitchen). Lights in the actual cinema theatre were too bright. Even after asking them to dim the lights, there still was a bright spotlight that shined above every other seat. A group of friends and I have been looking forward to watching a specific movie and traveled to a large cinema to get the full experience but unfortunately, we were disappointed.

Lovely team at todays showing of the Nutcracker, who told us they have quiz nights which we would definitely come to, but how about themed nights , singalong type films, mama Mia, sound of music , etc I’m sure this would be such a well attended event , fancy dress optional !
Ashford has a great public space , bar and food and not nearly well enough publicised !

Would not bother. Manager was very rude to a woman who had an issue. Customer service should still count for something along with politeness, so will not be booking here.

It has a massive cafe and has friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have lifts to get to the foyer and also to the screen rooms. The seats have cup holders and reclines. The best part is free parking when you buy a cinema ticket.
