I have used building inspectors for 25 year's and I can safely say that the one I used most recently was appalling, I will from now on use private company's .

Fantastic service, fast and reliable.
People who answer the phone are polite and helpful, the officers who visit site are knowledgeable and friendly.

Much better than some departments in other boroughs I have worked with.

Highly recommended.
