I can highly recommend Sunny Days Builders, who recently replaced window sills at our house in Llanishen. The workmen carried out a very professional job, my partner and I are very impressed with the standard of work, also their timekeeping and friendly attitude.

A very professional service with high quality work carried out exactly as agreed. As a bonus all the different workers that came to my property were very friendly and great around my two young children and cleared up at the end of each day, leaving my house and garden fully functionable. I wouldn't hesitate sunny days building to anybody.

Roof needed some repairs, they managed to fit it in very quickly over a busy period just before Christmas, can't fault the service and work. Already recommended them to my mother who also got work done with them too.

I hada serious leak in my house last year. I arranged for my roof to be replaced with Sunny Days last October and booked the team for following February. Demand was high for their work and the weather played its part too. They immedialetly sent a team to do a tempory repair job on the leak, replacing part of the roof. I am very pleased with the work and the team were hard working. It is a family run business but with a large busy team of contractors. I felt assured of their workmanship and can highly recommend them. I would advise that you book as early as possible as there is a heavy demand for builders. They also do all manner of building work not just roofing .

I asked Sunny days to do some rendering and plumbing. Whilst they were looking around the house they persuaded me to have some roof work done as well. They asked for a deposit of almost 30% up front.

After a few weeks two men turned up and said they couldn't do half the roof work. Despite this, Sunny Days asked for more money for the small amount of completed work. Several more weeks passed without any communication about a start date for the plumbing or rendering. Eventually I gave up and asked for my deposit back. They've finally done the plumbing but I've paid hundreds of pounds for a few hours work. Lesson learned. I won't be using them ever again or pay a deposit until work actually starts.

Awful to deal with. I first called this company on 4th October to discuss an issue with my roof. After having to chase them several times, each time being told someone would be in touch (no one called) I finally made an appointment for today at 12.30 to get a quote- over a month since my first call. They didn’t show. I called to find out if they were coming and the man on the end of the phone was rude and sounded like he literally couldn’t have cared less that he had made the mistake and hadn’t stuck to the appointment. If he had been nicer and apologised I might have considered re-scheduling but I don’t see why I should give them business when I’ve received such poor service so far so will be looking for another company.

I have no hesitation in recommending Sunny Days. They provided a friendly, free, no obligation quote clearly explaining all aspects of the work to be undertaken - which was also all documented clearly. The team were professional, trustworthy and reliable. I am very pleased with my new guttering and gates, and they did an excellent job resolving issues I had been having with windows. I would definitely use Sunny Days again - first class service!

From 1st contact with sunny days, the experience was seamless. Had a new fibreglass roof fitted which I am very pleased with. The team that done that done the job were clean,efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
