Nathan came to fit a fire door to my attic conversion. He was polite and very helpful. He returned to property as there was a slight problem with the hinges and was no bother. Michael kept me upto date with regards to appointments and he was also quality control. Very professional. Really happy with job and definitely recommend this company to any customer. 5 star.

OUTSTANDING WORK! Needed my roof repaired as i had a leak last year, and just quick fixed it with some of my own DIY! Searched on Check a trade for a reliable company. Didnt want just anyone doing the work. Great communication and understanding from Michael, was able to help with any questions i had. Extreamly professional throughout. Him and his team came on time every day, very tidy while working, and respected my house. The work was complete with new roof and new sky window put in, plasterer was also professional as well as the electrician. 10/10

Mike and his team did a fantastic job of converting my dirty old attic space into a fresh and modern bathroom and bedroom. I am delighted with the final finish and quality of workmanship, i would not hesitate to recommend them. We would highly recommend Quirks Property Maintenance. From first visit to price up the job, quotation provided quickly, team arrived on time every morning, cleaned up every night, attention to detail etc. The work was carried out to a high standard with no mess left. We had the stairs boxed in, 6 new solid wood doors fitted, stud wall put in, plastering and electrics. We have booked him in to do a bigger piece of work removing a staircase, adding an upstairs floor, downstairs bathroom, utility room and moving a stud wall. Communication is always very good. Work is efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending his services and have done so.
