First the woman called Lauren took the wrong order, had the goods delivered and turn up to be wrong. Then i have been advised by Paul that the refund will go back to my card and so far after two weeks no refund. I had to go back to ask again for the refund where the same guy said that i would have to come back to get my refund. On top of that they charged me £15 for a delivery which they haven't refunded.

Tried to charge me £45 for a box of nails… same in toolstation are £26.98 with no account. See screenshot from toolstation. This branch is not helpful or competitive on price.

Very help staff

Very poor service. Scheduled delivery didn't turn up, various excuses made. H&S issues referenced as a predictable explanation however, no substance to them as they have delivered much more awarkward loads to site in the past. Very disappointed inparticular as they emailed me eventually to say delivery was 15 mins away.

Has a huge range and alot of duplicates so you have a variety to choose from! Not too busy and staff are more than happy to help you out! Parking is very convenient aswell.
