To much effort for the lady behind the till, it was almost as if I did her an injustice by shopping today.

No way to check prices of trade point products as there is no catalogues available, so just bought from B&Q floor, could have got the same products from screw fix for half the price. Trade pint is now my last choice supplier, not used them for a while and they disappointed as usual.

A little disorganised and a long queue but the staff tried their best to help. Not as efficient as other places
