Well laid out with clear direction arrows. (Usual numpties who can't grasp the reason for it and follow simple directions, but that's not the stores fault.) No queue was a bonus! Got everything I needed quickly and easily. Helpful staff. Would definitely say to go in person to the store rather than use the absolutely awful home delivery service, but that's another story.

If u want a home delivery..dont use wickes ..im a women and the delivery driver wouldn't bring in2 my house half a ton of bathroom tiles ..he refused 2 bring them in and left them on my door step

Today Saturday 26th March purchased 8 bags of 10mm shingle I realised that I didn’t have enough. But noticed another pallet on the next shelf. Asked the young girl at the checkout. Well. Wasn’t interested, I was asked how many I needed to which I said another three bags. Next thing I was told sorry have no one to bring the pallet down. But there was staff walking around doing nothing. What Wicke you pay your staff to do nothing. Well wickes lost B&Q’s gain

This is just for the kitchen department. We had a good experience before so went back again, but this time the guy we spoke to couldn't of been more uninterested and unwelcoming. He just did not want to help us. We went to b and q who were super helpful and happy to help us. Avoid Wickes for kitchens.

If I could give Wickes no stars that is still too much for them. We ordered a Bathroom a year ago, booked it for Easter this year, fitter forgot Easter and left us with no bathroom for 2 weeks, finally came and took over 3 weeks to do it when it was supposed to be a 2-week job. Since May of this year, he has not returned to finish off the work and when you call customer services, you get passed around only to find that they don't get back to you either, from the top down, the whole process is a shambles and would never recommend Wickes ever again, unless you are happy to lose money. We have paid for some of the work to Wickes and all to the fitter, the remaining is next year, but I think we will be chasing everyone until next year to finish it off. A very frustrated, unhappy customer, we can't be the only ones who have had this sort of experience from them?

Very handy store, usually very well stocked. Also just a short drive from other large builders merchants so if they don't have everything I need that morning I can just pop next door. 👍

Staff are friendly, usually well stocked and if they have stock available but not on the shelf they're willing to fetch a forklift and grab it. I'd nearly given up with Wickes having lived near the Epsom branch where the service was awful, but I'm now a frequent customer again.
