We went to the store with numerous questions about which product we needed. Tracey advised us with patience and humour and nothing was too much trouble. Graham was also really helpful and we left relieved and satisfied that we had the ideal product.

So happy today ! Popped in and the paint section had moved to another department, looked for my special paint and cooking find it ! So I asked at the payment desk explained all I new about it and was taken straight to it , Tracey made my day ! I was thinking that it had discontinued help with brushes to a very happy day today thanks KB

I telephoned Kent Blaxill & spoke to James as I had a query regarding some paint that I wanted to add some glitter to. James was extremely helpful & answered my query without hesitation.
When I went to purchase my paint again it was James who attended to me, once again he was extremely helpful professional & polite. Being in the retail sector myself I felt that this was exceptional customer service & James is an asset to your company. I would have no hesitation to recommend James & Kent Blaxill to anyone. I will definitely be returning.

Today, I was served by a nice young man called Dan and he was very helpful. I bought 3 lots of path and patio sealer and told him that I found them cheaper with 35% reduction online. He said he will go and checked it out to see if he can reduced the shops price for me. He did just that! …. Adjust to match online price. I am a very very happy bunny. I definitely will go back to Kent Blaxill and may even open an account with them, although I am not in business, just an ordinary client. Thank you Dan

Staff really friendly and helpful, have good knowledge of products. Happy to mix various tester pots for me. Colours available in many different brands and finishes of paint. James served me today, did a really good job, Thankyou
