Builders merchants. Supplies and tools. Kitchens. Timber etc. Reasonably priced but check against b and q etc before shopping as not always cheapest option

Cost effective. Good staffs. Enough parking space. Not much collection compared with B & Q

A special thanks to Josh who was extremely helpful with assisting in loading 20 + bags of compost into my car for me. Very polite and friendly, as were the other staff during my visit. Thank you!

Wickes has been in Ashford many years and sadly the store resembles this, it really does need an update. Stock is OK, not plentiful by any means. Parking is ample but ongoing road works make getting to the store tedious.

Went to Wicks in Ashford and the female staff member that was serving on the till,I didn't catch her name, but she was very helpful/polite and friendly.

1 item short.
Tipped trolley over in doorway, no staff helped.
Reported inwards door not working, had to force open with hands. Staff not interested.
Won't be returning.

Always seams to have stock of what I went for. Always a parking space. Does what it says on the tin! Plus I get 10% off of everything!

Popped in today, first time in a while. What a disappointing visit. From outside the whole building needs a freshen up, considering it's a DIY store, bit embarrassing. Inside was no better, felt like we needed a torch to find our way round. Didn't buy anything, couldn't wait to leave
