I had to admit, I was nervous to go to a place that also serves trade, as I was unsure of exactly what I needed and I thought I'd be a bother. But the people working there are absolute professionals and really helpful.

Staff very friendly and helpful, plenty of customer parking.

Very good stock for general builder's materials. It is shame they hardly stock other less popular staff , like from Marshal's catalogue patio slabs.

Can't stop their unwanted SMS marketing messages

Fence panels supposed to be delivered Thursday to my daughter who is a nurse and just had heart procedure. They cost £945. They didn't arrive. Vic said his mistake and assured next day delivery. Called me 4.20pm next day, apologetic, to say lorry stuck in lane. Promised delivery 7.30-8am Saturday (today). Had paid builders from 8am to fit them for her today. No sign of them. Spoke to Les at 8.15am, who said "Oh I thought you would ring", rather rudely. Assured me they would be there in half an hour as doing paperwork, but no apology. Arrived at 9.53am. Considering my daughter lives 15 minutes from this branch I find this very a poor service !!!

Booked a tool hire but when it came to the day they sent the equipment to the wrong branch. Called three times and was assured someone would call me back. Nobody did... Don’t bother.

absolutelly useless branch, went to pick up wacker plate just to be told that the person from hire department is on the road and will be back in an hour, so they cant serve me. What a nonsence, one person for the wholr branch is missing so the bussines has to ve on hold. Avoid, use hss or london hire. Shame.

Needed an old dripping tap replacing, Fali managed to come round within 2 hours of contacting him and get the job done. Would definitely use again.
