First time experiencing the brand new store. The premise was very clean and there was plenty of onsite parking. We went in looking for some folding interior doors and a suitable tile drill bit, neither of which they had for sale. They sell plenty of other stuff that you would use around the home and maybe as a trader like hammers, screw drivers and some power tools. They have screws and bolts and variety of timber. There is a large upstairs that showcases their bathroom range. A garden centre is out the back but does not sell any plants, just fencing and gravel which i thought was a bit unusual. Overall i was a little disapppinted with the store. If you want something a little more specialist then look else where.

Plenty of parking and plenty of choice. Very clean store. Staff are very helpful and polite.
I’ve built a few projects using there kitchen cupboards very good quality and everything comes in one box, including the doors hinges etc

Well stocked, well organised store, with reasonable prices. Customer service is somewhat lacking, with staff being unable to advise- or when requested to check stock/assist you they act somewhat inconvenienced. It would not deter me from shopping here, as I do my homework before I leave; but if you prefer to receive advice from somebody in the store, I'd steer clear.

The service and range was excellent until you reach the point of no return. Our kitchen failed to be delivered twice, items we ordered months in advance were out of stock and all this was discovered after our kitchen has been ripped out. We were required to find alternative products in a couple of hours and were offered refunds on the missing items with replacements paid for. Weeks after the kitchen is finished we get the bill and no deductions. Customer service never responded to a single email or complaint through out the whole process and when we finally get through to a person by making enough noise we are told the refund will not occur because our kitchen wasn't delayed. Once they have your money they will pull out of previous agreements and write you off. Do Not Use.

Thank you massively to Paige at your Wigston branch who has been nothing but helpful sorting my delivery out as I stupidly sent it to an incorrect address! I really appreciate her time and effort and the lengths she has gone to to help and keep me updated. Thank you again Paige you are a credit to the Wickes brand x 🙌

Fab location with plenty of parking. However please tell your staff that even if they don't 'man' the click and collect department the polite thing to do is acknowledge my presence and perhaps stop the private conversations. I waited ages without being acknowledged. So rude 😒

Unfortunately not the best experience. Stock arranged in a misleading way. Mixed prices. We asked to speak to manager-Harry appeared to be rude saying it's not his fault someone put the Stock in the wrong place and the prices are wrong. Sunday 1/8/21 am
