Special credit to the 1st floor plumbing section for always being keen to help, informative and nice to the customer whether it’s trade or public. Such attitude makes me want to come back.

Have been returning to this particular branch on Iverson road for years. Jamie the manager is super helpful and friendly, Julian the guy who cuts the materials is fast and ACCURATE, Simon who looks over the courtyard always knows where to point me when I have a question, and Kat in the office helping with any account issues. I travel 1 hour to get my supplies from them for these reasons!

Good local builders merchants. Can be hard to park occasionally.
Mainly building materials here, the plumbing is in another site 5 minute walk away

Sells pretty much everything that is needed for a construction project. Only complaint is a lack of specialised tools or products. The delivery and customer service is excellent.

Recommended for saw Mill cutting machine.

Customer care/service exceeded my expectations.
I ordered my 2 plywood cut to measure sheets, thinking at best I might get it tomorrow afternoon. Thought to myself to set it for next Monday. Because I am aost local they did their best, cut delivered it right to my flat on the 3rd floor all within 2 hours of my visit.

Been doing a job in London and there was a bit of a problem. Customers service is spot on, really good people in their bigger shop, Kilburn high road. Don't go to the smaller one.

Fast service and vast variety of products, little gem builder supply shop right off of Kilburn High Street, totally recommended as it's got off-street parking spaces too!
