I am writing this review on behalf of our company.
“Went into Jewsons to purchase a hacksaw blade. Found a pack of 2 for £13.84 which I thought was very expensive. Took it to the till to pay in full view of the 7 staff who were working near by. After being ignored for about 2 minutes, I had to actually call out “was anybody serving” at which point a member of staff finally got up a came over to serve me. He rung up the pack of blades and asked me for £19.90!! I pointed out that the label said £13.84 which he checked and after asking a colleague, told me it costs what it said on the till. There was no way I was going to pay nearly £10 per hacksaw blade so I made my feelings clear and left the store. One minutes drive away was Busybees where a member of staff asked if they could help as soon as I walked in the store and I bought several of exactly the same hacksaw blades at £1.50 each!! Very poor service on Jewsons part. Ridiculous price for this item!!. Will not use Jewsons again. Would not recommend them!! Will however be recommending BusyBees!

Great service from the team and specially branch manager Mr Boota. Will be purchasing more building materials from here.

I got exactly what I went for, even though I had to social distance. Didn't mind because one of the helpful staff went and got it (white emulsion paint) for me ...one of those big paint tubs! I ended up getting 2!!

Needed some tiles for the garden , after a massive disappointment at Wickes I decided to look into Jewsons wembley. Place looked more vibrant and the staff were helpful. Customer service from Waseem was excellent and so they got my business. On collection I was literally taken back with the good service from Jake and his colleagues. Great customer service and a pleasant experience. Bravo!

Went in with my receipt and picked up my fence panel with no problem, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
