Bought some Metro Tiles ....Great price ....store was clean, lots of hand sanitizer.....did click and collect order....fast easy transaction.

Good clean store with good products but staff on tills seriously let it down. Served by a young girl and just because we are having to wear masks does not mean that we have to grunt or not have basic manners like please and thank you. Spent £400 and not a please and when I paid, receipt just thrown on the counter and no thank you. Can’t be bothered attitude. Disappointed due to that matter.

Astonishing! tried to make an appointment by phone to see a consultant
for a new bathroom.
They don’t do appointments,we have to go to Chester,look at their range and
then book another visit to discuss…….ridiculous,dismissive attitude.

Watch out for the parking at Wicks! Just been charged £100 fine for staying more than 90 mins. We didn't spot this! never seen before with other business's in the area. Ridiculous given we were there for a bathroom design appointment, which lasted 70 mins or so, taken into account a delayed start. Looking at some tiles after the appointment cost us quite a bit! Very bad taste after just agreeing to spend thousands on a new bathroom.....cheers Wicks!

Not impressed with how I was spoken to after querying why the fridge was not taken after they installed the kitchen despite my contract stating all rubbish will be removed from the site. Buyer beware other reviews state that once they have the sale and your money they suddenly become less helpful. That was certainly my experience. Buyer beware.... will be going elsewhere for the bathroom installation.

A good selection of goods, busy as ever, but didn't have what I required this time

I ordered tiles on Click and Collect. One box had been opened and a tile was missing from it. Didn’t notice until I got home. Called the store this morning and they wouldn’t post out the missing tile. Going to cost me £6 in petrol to pick it up! Shocking customer service!

Superb store.

Above all is the staff.
Very very helpful, always someone there to ask for help and advice.
