Great Company apart from deliveries, I was promised a delivery yesterday (Thursday) but never turned up.
Delivered today (Friday) but the Truck would not go under the access bridge to the caravan park, so the driver decided to dump it on the park refuse tip and not inform anyone .

The staff are really helpful and friendly here. I bought some big sheets of plywood and they wouldn't fit in my van, so one of the guys (David I think his name was) cut them for me with a hand saw! Thanks so much!

called in the other day and the staff were so unhelpful ....i think they need to understand without customers they are nothing ...perhaps a customer service course wouldnt be a bad idea......i left there and went to the morecambe branch it was like day and night...they were completely the opposite...very helpful and obliging ...
