The branch is improving compared to what it was. We have recently moved our account back to Maidstone as getting better customer service from the new rep for the area

Emailed through a drawing with clear details on the quantity required. Got the quote back and ordered based upon that. The morning the wood was meant to arrive the manager emailed to say he'd lost the drawings. I resent them and asked him if the wood would still arrive that day. He assured me it would. 5 days later it finally arrived, with half the order missing, I asked him to deliver the rest and he then tried to double the original quote. I refused and asked them to collect the wood and organise a refund, which he did however you have to question both the integrity of a company that tries to double their original quote based upon their mistake and the logic of a manager that now has a heap of cut to size wood, that will now be impossible to resell
