My first visit and found the staff to be very friendly and very helpful. They had what I required and helped me load it. I will be going back.

I can't rate Mark high enough. He has delivered to mine twice this week. He has placed everything exactly where I needed it even down the back lane.

Sends receipts to the customer if you get them delivered directly to them. What a joke.

They can't find you when delivering and expect you to be a satnav.

They don't give correct delivery dates or times so running a business is impossible unless you take a week off to wait for your materials to be delivered.

Overpriced.

Visited Beccles branch today to collect kitchen cupboards the guys at pick up point couldn't do enough to help ,even cut my plinth to size so it fit in the car packed my order into boot what a credit you are to the company thanks guys
