Jewson Leicester - Humberstone Road

Poor customer service. Staff aren't really bothered about customers however the tall thin chap at the pick up point was helpful and courteous. Counter Service WITHOUT a smile. Wouldn't shop there again unless I'm DESPERATE.

Don't stock what you want and unwilling to take stock they don't have... meaning you have to go all the way to Northampton to get what you actually need. Very unhelpful service.

I Ordered from Jewsons on Monday 4th october for delivery 6th October.

After doing my homework and comparing with other builder merchants in the area, I found jewsons to be the cheapest around for the material I required ( 4 ft x 8 ft hardboard sheets)

I had originally ordered less than I needed online, but a quick phone call to them & they arranged to have the additional order added on for me with no problem.

Day of delivery I received an email at 8:45am to say my delivery was due within the next 15 minutes. Delivery driver was here at 8:50am.

Good value for money, great customer service & fast delivery.

Right in the middle of Leicester surrounded by low bridges good luck. Just off the A47. This is a small yard fought with danger. Did not like this place to many potential dangers. Forklift lad was good but stressed due to no room and impatient drivers.

I went to buy wood batons which were quit long for my need but the Staff member named KAMIL came and cut for me which was a great help. Many thanks KAMIL .
