Called at this business to make enquiries! Was met with a Frosty reception, ( being totally ignored by three of your staff) and on enquiring with regard to pricing was abruptly informed by a guy at the desk ' there are no pricing's mate only for the trade' at no time did he ask for my details to sanction whether I was a trade customer or not! I therefore walked out in disgust. This to me is bad practice and totally unacceptable as I felt I was being judged wrongly . I think that the staff should be trained in customer relations. I have a business myself all be it in the swimming pool industry and on being approached by anyone I would endeavour to do my utmost to assist in anyway I could whether it be a trade customer or ordinary private buyer.

Useless. Came round for a design visit. Went away and designed nothing like what we were after after us chasing for 1 month. And then they never made contact with an ammended design. Absolite waste of our time. Just go to wickes. They are the same company anyway.

Kayleigh the manager she is brilliant, helped us all the way from design to finish and also her team, super friendly always willing to help.
On a building project things always go wrong, but to be honest they resolved the unneeded stress.
The quality you pay for is absolutely great,
I don't understand the other ratings, but for our personal experience has a family we made the right choice.
I will use them again and definitely recommend them.

This was our first new kitchen, but Kayleigh was brilliant in guiding us through the whole process. We're really happy with the service and the finish!
