Wickes

Overall a good visit. Clean and bright. Only issue was heavy rain meant they closed garden centre for safety, but can't hold that against them.

I ordered a Kitchen off Wickes and Luke Sutton designed it for me for a house I was building. His knowledge was exemplary. A very nice person to do business with. I was so impressed I went back to see Luke at Wickes for another kitchen I needed. Couldn’t have performed better!

Went to buy decking on Saturday. Their website says they have 479 in stock of the 3400mm length boards I wanted. When I got there they only had about 40 all of which were badly damaged beyond repair. The same thing happened last month when I tried to buy decking. The store manager should remove the broken decking from display as it’s absolutely unsaleable and nobody will ever buy it. I did ask a sales assistant to come and look at the decking and they said that it had been on display like that for months and many people have complained about it. At £19 per one piece of decking it’s not exactly cheap and I needed 33 pieces. What they have on display is only good for firewood. I will not return.

Absolutely disappointed. Messed up my delivery had a long conversation with the customer service team too. They were promised £25 compensation voucher. Never received. Sent an email and still no response.

Folkestone branch is so much better then Ashford Kent branch much more stock and choice

This store has always been great to visit, having a lot of natural light. Prices are usually very good, unlike their nearby competitors!

Whenever I go to Whicks it's a well stocked store the staff are very helpfull .Th store is a lot bigger now all of the refurbishment work is now completed

Fast and cheap...what I wanted was in store which was perfect. Staff as ways very friendly amd chatted about the festive period etc...not robots which is always a pleasure.
