Jewson Redhill

Excellent customer service. Thought they were trade only or would be a bit dismissive of someone who wasn't .in the know' on building things but couldn't ha e been more wrong.

Just been to Jewson at Redhill. Fantastic service, very helpful. Could not have asked for more. Special mention to the friendly Lynda at front of store who went beyond the call of duty to help me out. Thanks.

The staff are great there and always happy to help. Competitive on the pricing too. Would recommend Highley 👌 👍

Absolutely terrible. I was called last week by Jewsons to confirm my tool hire order only to be told by the assistant manager 2 days later (when I arrived at 8am to pick it up) that the hire department was closed. When I questioned this, he said there was no way of getting the tools required and I was fobbed off with a story about how a member of staff had left the business in a fury. I had just that weekend to do some crucial work on a house. No notification, no compensation, no nothing. Absolutely shocking and the reason why I certainly won't be back.

The worst service I have ever had. Called on Friday to hire a ladder for the Monday was promised it will be delivered by 9:30 which it wasn't. Called to find out where they were to be told its hasn't left and they don't know what time it will be delivered. I will for sure never use Redhill hire again.

i was in the store couple days ago I was not to sure what was needed a lovely gentleman igor helped me all the way with excellent customer service will be recommending jewsons redhill to all my friends and family

Trying to source a floor polisher, unhelpful and unprofessional. Redhill branch guys are ok but overall level of service poor.
