I only went in to purchase a draft excluder and when I couldn't find it the store assistant was very helpful. Definitely worth visiting here for all your DIY needs. The draft excluder was cheaper here than on Amazon.

This morning 🌄 was the first time experience regarding Click &Collect at Wickes. My Dad 👨 wanted a bag of Sand and Wood chippings. We decided the previous day about getting them. Today I went on line and ordered them, payed on line, 20 minutes later got a text and email from Wickes, everything ready. Time options are available, I picked one, drove up there, 5 minutes later after following directions on the text, my purchases were loaded into my Car, and I was delivering them to my Dad 👨. Thanks Wickes and Mitchell who did my order 👍.

Easy car parking, no queue at the entrance, found what I wanted easily, no queue at the checkout.

Do not buy a kitchen from this scamming time-wasting store. 3 months to install a kitchen because fitters kept leaving to do other jobs for the company. Unit doesn't fit properly and wickes refuse to replace it or refund it.

Visited store on 16 September. Looking for ideas on fitting new bathroom. Shannon was super helpful. Looked at different options and Shannon explained clearly and in a way I could understand easily. She has excellent customer service skills, a credit to your organisation.

Since the last visit I was impressed by the change in the store, changed shelves, new areas with much easier accessibility to products, much better cleanliness

Plenty of stock you can see before you buy. Occasionally out of of the odd item but generally good stock. Interesting range of kitchens and bathrooms on display too.

One does not simply visit Wickes.
One goes to Ozzie's burger van and orders an 8 thousand calorie breakfast roll.
