Wickes

Ordered a bath online when I picked it up it was damaged. I had paid full price yet it had a damaged sticker and it was reduced to £10. Not happy as the second one was cracked and the no stock left.

Don't use wickes alot, this morning
Staff were unaware of what they sold, were not interested in looking for anything like other retailers ( there wasn't a que either).

Just disappointing in general.

Won't be rushing back anytime soon even with my discount....

Materials have began to get to expensive compared to local builders merchants. Plasterboards over £2 more and more pva in stock at all they said they haven't had any for weeks. Wasted journey. Won't bother again.

Friendly staff, but tried to overcharge me on timber until I queried it. There is plenty of stock. The wood can be a bit hit and miss for quality, give it a good look over when buying. I'd personally like the shop to more aimed at materials and tools rather than having large kitchen and bathroom displays (I ignore that whole area as it's of no interest to me)

Great prices compared to lots or other mainstream DIY shops, easy to get too, good service and normally have everything I go to buy.

Good products & plenty of them, cheaper on something's but pricey on others, check with Screwfix, Toolstation etc first...Good place to get a lot of your DIY products and more.

Yeah it's a nice store. Everything was on stock, shelves are nicely spread out and it feels light and airy. Staff were friendly too.
