Terrible customer care. Waited 1st in line for 15 minutes before opening only for the van behind me to be served before me and then taking far too long to retrieve the items I needed. When I told the person on the desk he didn't seem interested either. I won't be ordering or collecting from the leatherhead branch any more. I go to many other jewsons and get superb service .

I had a great experience here, compared to other builders merchants and the like in the area, the staff were really cheerful and extremely helpful. Well done Jewson Leatherhead Saturday team, you were great.
