Used regularly because of convenience, although a lot of items are a bit pricey compared to other builders merchants. Yard staff aren't always that helpful, if you can find one. Talking to some non-trade friends, they said that they felt a little intimidated by the experience and would rather shop at B&Q.

Use quite often, staff in main office are friendly and helpful but one particular man in hire section is rude and unfriendly. I now go to Jewsons. They remarked that they have acquired a lot of business for the very same reason.

Always helpful and have what I need. Very busy which is a good sign.

Quite surprised how big the yard is and the shop is 2 level too. Never had what I wanted but good friendly service.

All the staff there are super helpful, very tidy and found exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price.
