Purchased some 50mm deep Ecodeck gravel grids (35M2) to widen the "drive on" part of my home frontage.
DESPITE, starting to put them down the wrong way (my bad) LOL, The resulting surface filled with granite (over a leveled bed+ membrane) looks and works great.

Good price, delivery on time. Excellent product.

Terrible customer service. Left hundreds of grids on the public highway blocking the pavement.
Used the website calculator to tell me how many grids I needed and when I was 60 grids over what I needed, they refused to except them back.
Use alternative companies for the same product and get better service people.

Great product! Efficient company, took time to explain the process and answered all of my questions. The grids fit together lovely, easy to cut to shape edges of drive. The end result is amazing.

Needed to replace my shed and wanted to put down a better base. Saw this product, was slightly sceptical, but did some research and decided to give it a go.

First WOW! Delivery was free, and the web site said a 3/5 day delivery, which was OK. I ordered it online late of Thursday evening, expecting it to arrive the middle of the following week. It arrived Saturday morning, no fuss, no extra charges !!

Second WOW! When I went to put it, I couldn't believe how easy it was. It all clips together in minutes - check levels all round and job done, in less than an hour. Even without the stones in it, it seems strong and sturdy

I had a query on the stones I wanted to use, so sent an e-mail to the company on Saturday evening, expecting a response on Monday. Response was received on Sunday morning, which is what I call great customer service; and so I was able to put the stones into the grid, which is now rock solid and ready to receive my new shed.

This is a brilliant product and I would never both to use concrete or slabs for a base again. OK I have only had it for a day, but I cannot see this failing and so would heartily recommend it

Just like to say I'm surprised by some of the reviews on here. I emailed them with questions and had a near immediate response with great advise. Delivery arrived and asked if it could be pulled up off the path a bit to our entry. Although its supposed to be a strictly curb side delivery the driver said as there was such easy access it wouldn't be a problem. They had to wait on the pallet a while but I've just finished putting them in and it couldn't have been easier, there calculator gave me exactly what I needed, I planned for extra because of cutting but still have the just in case bit spare. Their service and product have been exemplary, BEST DECISION I MADE 6 STARS

Ordered 12ft x 6ft grids on a Monday delivered by Friday. Easy to fit together value for money.
Customer service was good too.
