It's my local builders merchants. I've bought enough stuff over the years from them to consistently return and do the same. If they haven't got what you want, it will be there tomorrow. Consistent standards. Competitive prices.

Goods not delivered at the day given, and even when we informed them we needed to get to the property the wood was left outside the empty house. Sales assistant needed to improve their people skills, doubt if we'll use them again.
