This tool hire company is lacking in every imaginable sense , staff with no skill sets management with no brains and tools not properly maintained , this company is in the dark ages and should pull out of the Tool Hire business because they just can't cut it.
They should stick to what their good at delivering sand and whatever else you sell in bags.

No staff in yard 26 mins just to get a ticket so off to jewsons from know on

Asked for cheapest slabs 450 ×450
Was quoted £4.50 per slabs, had them in mind, also other sand and chippings and was quoted for all, and deliverd to find out that slabs delivered were £8 when complained was told that's what was ordered/ that's all we had

An update on problem with service from TP
I have been reimbursed to a satisfactory degree and thank TP Cardiff South for the quick response.

Shocking place waited at cou ter for 25 min while staff just walk back and for nobody wants to searve you there
