Made two orders recently with the one being rather large and a few hundred pounds, was made aware and promised that they will be coming in the morning and on both delivery days this wasn’t the case, I’ve then had to take the morning unpaid from work to wait in for a delivery that never came at the time promised to then try to explain to my employer that I can’t turn up in the afternoon either as I’m still waiting for my delivery which has meant two full days unpaid, a massive loss in income, not impressed at all. Hopefully the quality of materials are better than the customer service, please don’t advise times if it’s not possible to stick to them some of us have work and other commitments, this wouldn’t have been a problem if we was told it will be delivered in the afternoon, we could have worked around this. When ringing on Tuesday morning to confirm that the materials would be 100% arriving we was it had already been delivered on the Friday which wasn’t the case, this was also very concerning but abit of back and forth they managed to sort this and see their end that nothing was delivered to us, just a massive lack of organisation all round. I’m sure all calls are recorded, I’d encourage management to listen to these from start to finish, Put me off making any future orders.

We had 2 deliveries in 3 days, no issues ordering, delivery driver was spot on with his hiab. Like customer service should be. Many thanks

Fantastic service from Keiran today - same day delivery on fencing materials. In fact had everything delivered within 40 minutes of paying, including a handful of pallets (requested). Great merchants!

Fantastic range of materials at great prices. Leeky is very helpful in the yard, offering good helpful advice on different materials. Daniel was great in the office and Scott was amazing helping offload the delivery.

Not happy your web site and sign says open until 12 on a Saturday gates closed at 11:45 to be told to many customers . I was only 1 there and staff was leaving .. I’m sure you boys get paid until 12 .. we all work hard lads but stay open until your sign says .

Excellent customer care. I made a mistake with my order, didn't realise until it was delivered. The driver was brilliant, said it wouldn't be a problem and just to phone office. They were more than happy to make the corrections and to arrange new delivery date.
