Brilliant staff who go out of their way to help no matter what. Unlike other builders in the area they treat women with respect. I cannot praise them enough

Stood waiting in queue behind someone for 10 mins assistant with ginger beard ignored customers waiting in queue but served customers that only just walked through door.. (tradesman) and when he became free he looked at me at desk and walked off knowing i was waiting and yet again served a customer down the isles even tho he saw me waiting get your priorities right buddy serve the next customer at the desk instead of walking round with ya chest puffed out trying to look hard.. put a proper queuing system in place huws grey so no queue jumping by tradesman..

Advise would be check the advertised price on the website matches the one on your receipt. Mine didn't. They may have won a few quid but they certainly won't be seeing anymore of my money.

Feeling ripped off. If you sell architrave it should be in a length that is appropriate for the job. 4.2m is not enough to do round a door so you have to buy 8.4. You only use 5 m so are paying for 3.4 m that you don't need.
