Great customer service each time I visit this TP location. I had a lot of trouble with a local company IG doors (TP were the middle man) they constantly reassured me throughout my ordeal and relived a lot of stress. Giving exceptional customer service. Thanks to the staff that helped me resolve all issues.

Excellent choice of wood, we got exactly what we needed..
Exceptional customer service from Di who was very patient and polite after we purchased the wrong wood, and had to return it to pick new .
I would definitely recommend Travis Perkins and will certainly be using them in the near future for our garden slabs 🙂

Do not rely on their delivery and don't believe anything they tell you. Do not arrange delivery over the phone as you get no protection - order online if you have to use them.
Supposed to deliver Thursday 12-4, I phoned repeatedly during the day and was assured it would arrive on time. 3:45pm then told it would be first thing next day. Finally arrived 3pm Friday, again after repeatedly being assured from 8am it would be delivered next. This meant I ended up taking two whole days off work, for which they would not even apologise. The manager then said the fault was with their new staff not being fully trained, which it wasn't - it was because they had simply agreed to more deliveries than they could physically make.
I was also never told until Friday lunch to expect a text when the goods left the depot, which would give me at least 20 minutes notice and full tracking of their lorry, which would have been helpful to know!
Rude, lying, useless and incompetent. Will not be using this branch again.
One MDF panel also arrived with surface damage which I didn't find until delivery driver had left.

Great staff quick loading

Very helpful staff. Especially the gentleman looking after the timber products, give him a raise! Prices do seem slightly cheaper on Timber products thank the likes of Wickes but in store, it's very expensive for things like hammers etc.

Don't answer their phone so very difficult to order or talk to someone. If you go in there the guy's are friendly and helpful.

Pop along and see Mark Kate and Steve nice friendly bunch and nothing is too much trouble.
