Travis Perkins Merthyr Tydfil

Went to this branch for the first time this morning, I was greeted with a smile from the salesperson and was really pleasantly surprised by the complete service. I will definitely go back there as my house requires much wood product to make it a home, thank you once again.

Shocking service, 3 failed deliveries in a month, two on Fridays when the items where needed for work lined up for the weekend & 1 failed while i had holidays booked to do the work. All ordered with the english manager who informed me someone had sold my items so they had no stock to complete my delivery. It took 2wks for a refund then my wife had to go to the yard & pick up the other items. Jack in the shop was so helpful & quick to load the car up fair play to him, merthyr needs to give Jack the managers badge asap because the english div is useless.

It was my first time out since the lockdown and there was no social distance for clients and visitors didn't follow the arrows on the floor. Staff in the small shop should limit it to three at a time. Not a good expense for me . Needs to improve the social distancing.

Slow slow and slower. These boys have no sense of urgency. And could be doing with getting out of neutral. Would only be back if I was desperate.

If I could give zero stars I would , absolutely zero customer service from the manager , very aggressive and quite hostile , I only came in for some plywood and was made to feel extremely not welcome , think I'll go to b and q next time .

I’m dealing With Travis Perkins since 2017 and so far the customer service provided by Andrew - branch manager is absolutely spot on. Best prices and deliveries as agreed. Definitely worth of recommendations.

Awful service disgusting attitude on the employee behind the counter I will not be going there again anytime soon
