Fantastic! What can I say. Everyone was so very helpful. They were all pleasant, chatty, and were happy to help. I don't know all their names but two particularly helped me with my order. Andriani. She was amazing. I was looking for materials for a patio, including Indian sandstone brown multi. Needing 32 m sq, each pack contained 15. I needed 4 single slabs. She looked around the yard for three that were registered on the system but couldn't find them. She checked the system and found that Coleford had what I needed. Paul contacted his Sales Manager and local area rep and secured the 4 I needed and arranged for them to be delivered to Caerphilly. What excellent customer service. Talk about above and beyond! Well done Caerphilly, I'd definitely recommend you.... and your prices were very competitive too.

Delivery Planning ?

Received e-mail confirming delivery from our local store 3 miles away from "delivery planning" web address

Waiting around for a delivery of 11 plasterboard,  which eventually turned up after 4:30 when builders had gone, in a truck that couldn't get on drive.

Driver got them as close to cover as his hoist would allow but that still meant a couple in their 60's had to move them under cover.

Not good planning in my view

Excellent service from a lovely bunch of people. Paul, the Manager is first class. Will always go to the Caerphilly branch for my supplies.

Found the staff always helpful and they've usually got plenty of stock at good prices.

Finally found stock of FFP3 masks good stock of all other products good prices
