Robert Price - Builders' Merchants

I just purchased three internal oak faced doors (XL Joinery) from Robert Price Abergavenny and the service I had from Robert Price was excellent. The branch manager Jan was extremely helpful and ordered the doors in very quickly and efficiently, with great customer service, and very timely follow up and communication. The prices were competitive with the large online Internet door companies and Robert Price also offered a free local delivery to my home whereas the major Internet door companies had very high delivery charges and more difficult return procedures in the event of any door arriving damaged. The doors were delivered promptly right into my home in Abergavenny, at a time convenient to myself, and with great care by a local Robert Price delivery driver. The doors were extremely well packaged and in perfect condition when unwrapped. All in all, an excellent service and I would highly recommend using Robert Price for similar orders, its always nice to use a local company whenever possible.

I’ve used Robert Price at Abergavenny for the last three years. I’ve used them for two large remodelling projects and can’t speak highly enough of the service that I’ve had. My advice is to anybody considering a large build is to open up a trade account. Much better terms, dedicated sales team and first class service. Dave Phillips has been brilliant. Picked up 6 handrails, good social distancing measures in place. Chap how served was excellent and swapped out a damaged and waned rail no issues. Would highly recommend.

Rip people off. Bag of sand over £5. I pay £2.52 in B&Q. I try bring the money to local businesses but is no point because they rip you off!!!
No use any more !!!

We decided to invest in some new age type materials for the exterior of our new kitchen build and elected to go with the Cedral system. Its clean and stylish appearance suited our property.

Robert Price was one of the few stockists in our area and we were put in touch with them by the manufacturer. (Who actually gave us three contacts, but only George Ingram of Robert Price responded to my email enquiry.)

George was of enormous help. He took our crude measurements and photographs and was able to better understand what we needed quantities wise and he sorted everything out for us, all the additional clips, fixings, timber battens etc... he organised it all.

I paid for the goods on the Tuesday and they were delivered the following morning! The driver, Andrew, was extremely friendly and helpful, even to the point of helping to carry everything down the lane to towards our property as the lane itself is too narrow for large vehicles. This was a great help, especially given that I'm a subarachnoid haemorrhage survivor, an invisible disability that few appreciate.

I'd be very happy to recommend Robert Price Ltd and their staff, especially those at both Cardiff and Abergavenny. Thank you for all of your help.

Excellent service received from Adam at the sales counter ,my orders have been small but he and the delivery drivers could not have been more helpful as a result whatever building requirements I need in future will be from Robert Price
