Really appalling customer service at LBS Builders Merchants! We've spent over 2 weeks requesting information and have called in 3 times... finally today I was told “...I’m just to busy at the moment”.

We’ve spent tens of thousands of pounds with another local Pembrokeshire building supplies/merchant, who's always been very courteous and always responded quickly to enquiries but LBS... forget it, they can't be bothered!

Good quality products, usually in stock. Some what disappointed when told by Rob, the manager, that discount has been applied, to find wickes retail prices 20% less without even using the trade card.

Brilliant service. Ask for Pablo. He knows his stuff. Hard to beat on prices too!
