Ordered timber from Chepstow branch two weeks ago and paid on that day. Delivery was scheduled two weeks after order placed. Telephoned branch on day of delivery to check and was assured that delivery would be made. It was not made waited in all day and no phone call to rearrange. Not very happy and will never use Travis Perkins again. On day of delivery items were missing with no date for delivery and what was delivered was the wrong length. I would not recommend this branch at all.

Was sold a damp limp plasterboard when I commented on its condition I was told that was the best one they had, if they can't store plasterboard correctly at this branch then perhaps they shouldn't sell them. disappointed

Tom was very helpful on the phone when i ordered fence panels & kept me up to date with delivery times. Tom & driver Darren delivered the panels on time & carried them into the back garden for me. It's unusual to get such excellent customer service at the moment so i'm pleased to be able to give them a 5 start review 👍

First time here delivering as a hgv driver, all the lads that I came across are decent but what a place to put a builders merchant, almost never made it out the little one way system, think travis seriously need to have a look at where this one is located, it is extremely hgv unfriendly
