1st time I have dealt with thorncliffe North Wales - rhuddlan. I cannot fault them ,all staff that I have been dealing with have been very helpful and give a fantastic service. Being a woman you always feel that companies like thorncliffe treat you like a dumb blonde! Well not thorncliffe they offer advice and they treat you like you have been dealing with them for years - nothing is too much trouble for them regardless of how small the order is. well I certainly will be going to thorncliffe again when completing future landscape projects. thank you Lee and team.

I was let down buy better bathrooms so my bath would not arrive till January and works getting done over Christmas. I went into thorncliffe on the 22nd December the nice lady in the bathroom department got straight on the phone to there suppliers as the close early for Christmas on the 23rd. 10:30am on the 23rd it's here and now my bathroom can be done. The price was only a little bit more than online, I should have gone local before hand. Get service, good price 👍

Joseph helped me find the screws I needed. I was unsure on metric size, he thought Imperial size was weird. Good laugh. Counter staff really helpful, polite and professional. Timber yard the same. Great guys all round. Recommended to the public not just trade. Excellent.

We ordered some stone for our garden yesterday and early this morning it was delivered. However, we had ordered the wrong stone so the driver took it back to the yard. He said we'd get a credit note and, if we wanted, we could go to the yard and choose the color we want.

We went to the yard, saw the correct stone we needed, went to the counter and had a refund on my card, no problem at all. What we needed wasn't in stock so the assistant is going to ring us on Monday and let us know when it will be delivered!

I am generally a fan of Thorncliffes and have used them in the past for timber and tool hire, where I have been very satisfied. Unfortunately however this does not apply to the compost and (grade 1?) top soil I bought for my new lawn. I have now imported a vast range of weeds, leading to substantial rework and probable need to replant. This product was sub standard and although cheaper than my previous supplier, this has been a false economy as it is now causing a great deal more time and effort to get right.

Provided me with a proactive discount which is very honest business practice. Items arrived on time. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
