Went in yesterday, the staff were all so helpful, great customer service, thanks for help loading car too!

Usually have what I need , but like everywhere else prices seem to be rising.

Lots of things to choose for DIY from kitchens, bathrooms, electrical, timber, sheet materials, doors and more.

Not enough of the flooring in stock so they ordered it for home delivery makes life easier. Good service from the young lady who served us.

Paid for click and collect, had to wait 2 hours for pick up, then had to arrange a time, turned up on time and pressed bell for click and collect assistance. Nobody even batted an eyelid. Had to wait for 15 minutes then join a queue full of people to receive an item that someone had already opened and returned despite the same item being readily available on the shelves. Won't use wickes again

I had a problem with some fence wood stain that I ordered online, one tub was perfect. When I came to open another tub some time later I found that it was just green water. I had a very mixed response to an online request for help. I decided to phone my nearest Wickes store about 40 miles away and spoke with Chloe who offered to give me a new tub of stain without any quibble. She put a tub aside for me to pick up. Excellent service. Staff like Chloe are invaluable!
