Braceys Builders Merchant - Porthcawl

I have been dealing with Braceys for many years and find the staff very friendly and very helpful. Dealt with Billy today who I found was very knowledgeable in the products I was buying, and the prices beat many other Builders Merchants in the area. This is a great Builders Merchant and I will be definitely be using them again.👍👍

Went there a while ago looking for a garden shed. Looked at some sheds but they where a bit pricey for the size. Managed to get a much larger shed in Cefn Cribwr for the same price and they came around and erected for me. The staff in Braces were helpful.

Called into the garden centre today, the lady was very helpful. I purchased some lovely pots and flowers. I will definetly be calling again.

Placed an order over a week ago for a morning delivery today. NO SHOW. Had to take a morning off and now I’ve had to pay off the help.

Arrived at braces last night to see if they sold sheds, my partner and I drove through the open gates but upon entering we heard a loud "OI" my partner lowered the car window and an overweight old guy appeared from a hut and shouted " we're closed " and pointed at us then the gate indicating we leave!!!

Despite the low ratings given by some, as a returning customer I feel it only fair to comment on the excellent service that I have received from Braceys from both the Cornelly and the Pontyclun branches across multiple orders over several months to different locations. Providing your expectations are realistic they have yet to fail me.

I have received an excellent service from the staff at Braceys. My order was delivered earlier than expected, (bonus 😊), and when I had a query with it, a member of the team came out the next day and was more than happy to explain the whys and wherefores etc. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again for future projects. Oh yeah, the jingle on their phone line is absolutely superb! 👍
