Good range of building products and fittings. Can be easier to get just 1bag cement etc than builders merchants. Also you can check prices easily. We usually get paint and laminate flooring here. Plenty parking.

Happy to take your money, but if things go wrong good luck. Incomplete delivery (3 weeks after order) marked off as complete. Wont answer the phone which cuts off after 3 minutes. Wickes Customer service not any better - Currently 30 minutes waiting on hold for an answer via that route.

The staff are helpful and friendly. But I had one hell of a wait to check out. I am partially disabled and having to stand for so long left me in a lot of pain. They could have provided chairs.

Bad experience in this shop. Cordless drill would not charge and I had to return it. The lady told me she could not return my money because the system was down. System was fine taking my money earlier. Asked when I should return she said "I dont know". Very poor.

Not very productive couldn't really help that much. A positive we bought a bath. Really need staff that are competent on working their till system.

Busy but we'll stocked, polite customer service,friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10

Kitchens are ok, but problems with delamination. After sales is totally aweful.!
They DO NOT change or take back kitchen parts, as other companies do. Make sure they design exactly right. Inspect every detail, as it's expensive to buy another unit if they design slightly wrong.
Other parts of the shop are ok though.

Great place for electrical, tools, building materials and much more. Good range of product. Definitely a regular 👍
