I was helped with my order over the phone by Lee who provided an excellent service. My order was delivered within a couple of days by a brilliant driver, Marcus I believe. He was extremely helpful and skilful and was able to drop my order precisely where I wanted it.

The postcode was one letter out so I ended up over one mile away. I was picking up some units for a friend. I showed the man on the till the ref number on my phone and he looked at his screen and said it wasn't in. A colleague of his who was standing close by pointed out the screen on the wall behind him saying Ready for collection.. I mentioned to him about the postcode being wrong which he denied until I showed him on my phone. So if your going to Selco put Hadfield Road Cardiff in your sat nav not the post code.

I am doing 1st time house renovation,been to selco on Hadfield road few times.behonest the staff are so friendly. They helped me alot.especially Matthew roach he helped me alot.legend guy and salesman.highly recommended 👌

i have only started using Selco fairly recently but have many years of using other merchants both professionally and at home. What a breath of fresh air they are, all of the sales staff are informed and more importantly engaged, they seem also to have cornered the market on non-miserable ba**$%d delivery drivers who help and will actually step foot over a threshold ! Even my Wife doesn't mind ordering or speaking about deliveries at home without being made to feel an annoyance. Well done and keep up the good work other merchants need to come into the 21st Century as well. Four Candles.

Again the same case, ordered 8 days prior delivery, hoping it will be morning, but first nice weather kicked in after winter and 'more important' customers were placed ahead of me.
