Needed some mortar for a home project during lockdown - in short supply at local diy stores. Phoned Huws Gray - they had plenty! Booked a slot for same day collection, arrived on time - in and out in about 5 mins - really well organised and helpful! Recommend!!

I’ve always dealt with the Minera branch with no problems but had to get some materials from the Wrexham branch delivered. The wagon turned up and I’d made room on the drive for him when I told him where I wanted the materials he wouldn’t even try he just said he couldn’t (even though thorncliffes have done it for me on several occasions) and then looked in a mood and unloaded the stuff as quick as he could. I think I will just wait for Thorncliffes next time.

I needed some samples of building materials for a garden landscape refurb. I couldn't have gone to a better place, very helpful and freinly staff. Spot on!

Huws Gray is excellent, as ever. As an 'older' female, staff at the Wrexham branch treat me respect and are never patronising. The guys are absolutely lovely to visit. The store always has what I need and if it doesn't, they'll get it in. 5* everytime, and I use them frequently.

Unfortunately failed to deliver some of the delivery i ordered and when rang, they were now out of stock. Poor experience in all.
