When you are not sure what you need, you'd hope that the experts would be helpful. At this Toolstation, the staff appear so disinterested and the pace they work is slower than a snail. They act as if they don't want to work there.

Don't be so miserable and treat the customers well. It's not hard.

I have had a amazing experience with a young lady called Marcelina , I am a regular customer thanks to this employee is the definition of customer service. I was working on a project where I needed help with . She is very bright and knowledgeable. She is Golden. Very polite and smart.

Marcelina is providing the best customer service for the last few years when i started to do a shopping in this branch. I am so happy to see her here, i will definitely visit this branch more often than before.
